Notice: FACT Clearinghouse Changes
  1. Clearinghouse Status as of 9/25:
    • Majority of transmissions are processing normally.
    • A number of transactions are still experiencing delays, we are actively working to get all records caught up.
    • FBI Reject responses are still being investigated but some reject responses are now displaying correctly.
    • Some FBI Rap Back transactions are still experiencing delays.
  2. FACT Clearinghouse Updates Implemented:
    • Worklist names have been updated.
    • Removal of color status radials from Worklists, Recent Applicant Submissions section, and Texas Criminal History sections.
    • Removal of HIT/NOHIT indicators from Recent Applicant Submission section, and Texas Criminal History sections.
    • Removal of CRS/CRT and FRS/FRT indicators.
